Parents Evening

RE: Parent’s Evening Week

This term we will be holding parents' evening for children between the following dates: Monday 24th March to Friday 28th March. We encourage all parents to book an in-person meeting so you can see your child’s workbooks. If you need a phone call appointment, please ensure you select Phone Call Request and add a note with your contact number when booking your slot. Phone call appointments will only be honoured if you request them via parentmail.

As you will be aware, we use Parentmail to communicate with parents. This system is also used for parents to book parents' evening appointments. Parentmail will open for bookings on Monday 3^rd March at 5:00pm and will close on Sunday 16^th March 7 Days before the session starts on Monday 24th March giving you two weeks to book your appointment.

If you are unable to login to your Parentmall app, please visit the school office immediately so we can support you with your account and booking of your parents' evening.

How To Book your Parents Evening Appointment

1. Download the Parentmail app on your phone or open the internet. (We highly recommend you download the Parentmail app for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for “Parentmail” in your app store or Google play.)

1. Log into your Parentmail (If you have not yet registered your account or cannot login. Please visit the office immediately.)

1. On the menu tab please click on the section ‘Parents Evenings’, then select your child’s name to book your appointments on the date and times available. (You will need to repeat this process if you have more than one child.)

1. If you are booking a phone call appointment, please do not forget to select that as an option or leave a note requesting this with your contact number. Phone call appointments will only be honoured if you request them via parentmail. If you do not do this you will be expected to do a face to face appointment. 

This process is first come, first served. We recommend you book your appointments as soon as possible as the teacher will not offer any alternative slots.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you need to do this 24 hours before the session starts. Otherwise, you will not be able to rearrange your appointment. Please make sure you are running on time for your appointment as we offer back to back sessions that cannot over run. Please note if you miss your appointment, it is not guaranteed that the teacher will be able to offer an alternative date, so please ensure you book an appointment suitable for you and add it to your calendar.
