They also fit our fundamental beliefs which are:

Cardwell's motto is ‘Learning for Life’, striving to ensure all pupils take pride in their own strengths and success.

Developing the whole child

At Cardwell, we celebrate and develop children’s individual talents and we emphasise the importance of developing the whole child. We recognise the importance of developing a child’s character, nurturing their talents and inspiring their creativity. We always encourage children to be proud of who they are and recognise what they can achieve when they believe in themselves.

Through participating in extra-curricular activity, educational visits, workshops and inter-school competition pupils develop a range of skills including - individuality, perseverance, ambition and resilience which can then be applied in everything they do.
