Cardwell Primary School

Mutual Respect, Resilience,
Responsibility, Tolerance and Perseverance

We recognise that Mental health and wellbeing is extremely important. We have a designated Mental Health Lead in the school who works alongside the Safeguarding team and Inclusion team to ensure our children are provided with the support and advice they need.

Circle time is a very beneficial time to build positive relationships and build self-confidence and self-esteem within the class.

Every year we take part in the Place2Be Mental Health Week where we focus on activities to encourage everyone to think about the link between our bodies and our minds and the impact it has on our wellbeing.
