Transition Days for current Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5 pupils

Please let us know if you would like your child to be allocated a transition visit to meet their new teacher by completing the ‘Transition Days Pupil Application Form’. The visit will be a morning or an afternoon slot in the in the remaining weeks of term.  The children will be placed into bubbles and will not all be in at the same time.  To enable planning we will need a response by 5:00 pm on Monday 22nd JuneWe will not be able to allocate places after this date. For children unable to attend they will be able to take part in an online forum on Google Classroom.

Year 6 Leavers’ Day

We would like to offer all Year 6 children the opportunity to come in for a day at the end of term, so they can say goodbye to each other, participate in an assembly in their bubbles before they leave Primary School. 

If you would like your child to attend please complete the ‘Year 6 Leavers’ Day Application’ by clicking below. There will be an opportunity for children unable to attend in person to attend an online forum on Google Classroom.

Following government guidance on 28.5.2020 Cardwell Primary School has reopened to pupils in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. If you requested a place via the Pupil Registration Form you will have received your child's bubble details via text. Please contact the school/fill in the form below if you wish your child/children to attend at a later date and you have not been allocated a bubble via text message. Places will be allocated based on availability. This is reviewed weekly.
