Sports Day
Year 5 / 6 Sports Day Postponed Friday 18th June 2021
Due to the weather, sports day for Year 5 and 6 will be postponed and rescheduled as soon as possible.
Sports Days will be taking place in the bottom playground from 1.45pm and 3.00pm on the dates below.
Pupils will need to come into school wearing their PE Kit on their day. (t-shirt in their house point colour, shorts/tracksuit trousers and trainers/plimsolls). Children will then be competing for their house colour. If you need a reminder about your child’s house point colour, please ask their class teacher.
Due to current regulations, Parents/Carers will not be able to come and watch this year but photos/videos of the events will be uploaded to Twitter.

Year 6 Leavers Jumpers and T-shirts
As a leaving present from the school, each year 6 student will be given a red hooded jumper with the number 21 on the back with all Year 6 pupils’ names.
They will also be given a plain white T-shirt for any signatures or messages. These are FREE gifts from the school.

Clubs at Cardwell
We would like to introduce our new clubs providers Tree Tops and Tops Sports.
Tree Tops are running breakfast and after school clubs at Cardwell Primary School. The clubs will be based within the school building every school day; with access to outdoor play areas. Tops sports are a new sports provider at Cardwell Primary School and they offer 10 different after school sports clubs meaning there is something for everyone.
